The rhythms we've been asked to live by — the 9-to-5, the weekly cadence, the expectation to show up the same every day — weren't built with our biology in mind.
That doesn't make them wrong.
It just means they were never ours to begin with.
For a long time, we've been taught to adapt. To push through. To treat our own rhythms as something to manage, quietly,
in the background.

her.element begins somewhere else:

I was a wedding stylist. Award-winning, fully booked, working at some of the most beautiful places in Europe. From the outside, everything shimmered.
Inside, I had stopped feeling my body. Migraines every week.
Weight gain on almost no food. Doctors who told me to be more honest with myself and eat less.
Then a training in London — and a shutdown that took everything — showed me what I had been missing.
Not more discipline. Regulation.
her.element was built from that understanding.

her.element stands on two foundations — both earned over years.
The first is experience. I built and ran my own business for over a decade, in an industry that demands constant delivery and emotional labour.
I know what it means to carry a team, a reputation, a season, a body that's done,  all at the same time.
I understand the pressure my clients live under, because I have lived it myself.
The second is training. After my collapse, I went looking for what conventional medicine couldn't give me. I trained as a Female Empowerment Coach, studied somatic embodiment, became female cycle-based breathwork teacher, and went deep into nervous system regulation, hormonal and metabolic health, functional nutrition, aromatherapy and phytotherapy.
What makes her.element different is not a single method and not theory alone.
It's the way everything is woven together, around one question:
What does this body actually need, right now?

Your cycle isn't in the way of your work. You've just been taught to build your work around a rhythm that isn't yours.

You can't switch off because your nervous system has been running in survival mode. Not because your life is dangerous, but because it rarely gets real recovery.

The fluctuations you're frustrated by aren't failure. They're information. Your body is doing what it's supposed to do — shift, pulse, recover, rebuild.

her.element isn't about stepping out of that world. It's about learning to move through it with your body, not against it. Not another method on top of what you're already doing.
